Ashutosh Srivastava

Ashutosh Srivastava is the Founder and Chairman of Veros Ventures, which he established in April 2024 to advise and scale technology-oriented, AI-driven enterprises seeking market entry and growth across India, MENA, and Asia-Pacific. Through Veros Ventures, he works closely with portfolio companies on capital raising, leadership development, organizational scaling, go-to-market strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing communications.

Veros Ventures is focused on building technology-enabled businesses across priority sectors including marketing communications, modern retail, media and entertainment, healthcare and wellness, education, and renewable energy.

A seasoned business leader with over four decades of global experience, Asutosh has operated at the intersection of marketing services, technology, and large-scale organizational transformation. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, he began his career in India before relocating to Singapore in 2006 as CEO of Mindshare Asia Pacific, WPP’s media division. Over the next 18 years, he held multiple senior global and regional leadership roles, including CEO for Asia Pacific, MENA, Africa, and Russia, as well as GroupM Asia Pacific CEO.

In these roles, he played a pivotal role in transforming WPP’s traditional media investment operations into a technology-driven global platform, delivering sustained double-digit growth to reach USD 16 billion in gross billings, supported by more than 13,000 professionals across 17 markets.
